What goes well with wine during the autumn season? The chestnuts of course. We therefore decided to create a soft and creamy chestnut cream, with a delicate taste. Perfect to match with bread and a glass of our red wine in front of a fireplace or sunset red fire that give our winters.

Its aroma is slightly aromatic, fresh and fruity; to the eye it shows a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections: it is the typical color of wines produced with the pressing of full bodied and good grapes.

Groppello has a ruby red color, with intense aromas of fruit when drunk young and slightly spicy when tasted more mature. The taste is intense with a slightly bitter aftertaste and with very light herbaceous notes.

We add a little cane sugar and the juice of Garda lemons, which are an irreplaceable natural antioxidant and give the jam the right acidity.
