Description
Rismì is a white wine produced exclusively with white Riesling grapes traditionally cultivated in Valtènesi. Rismì, excellent as an aperitif, expresses itself at its best with dishes based on fish from lake or sea.
Rismì is excellent if drunk alone or to accompany an aperitif, but it can also be used to blend dishes, that is to give a particular aroma to a preparation already cooked: a fragrant risotto, a roasted white meat. We also use it in the preparation of our giardiniera, along with our extra virgin olive oil and wine vinegar.
