SoldIt has a deep garnet red color, its aroma is intense, ample, ethereal, persistent, complex with hints of spices and herbs. In the mouth has a preponderance of sweetness, the taste is velvety and full, the aftertaste slightly bitterish: it should be tasted slowly, in small sips.

Groppello has a ruby red color, with intense aromas of fruit when drunk young and slightly spicy when tasted more mature. The taste is intense with a slightly bitter aftertaste and with very light herbaceous notes.
