Marzemino is an important wine, full-bodied, with great character; it has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections; scents and flavors will amaze you: an enveloping bouquet based on vanilla, due to prolonged contact with wood, red fruits, plum, and finally a tickling acidity that will make it explode in the mouth with all its power.

Its aroma is slightly aromatic, fresh and fruity; to the eye it shows a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections: it is the typical color of wines produced with the pressing of full bodied and good grapes.

We add a little cane sugar and the juice of Garda lemons, which are an irreplaceable natural antioxidant and give the jam the right acidity.
